About the role
Outsourcia is looking for motivated telephone sales consultants to promote cyber‑risk protection and legal assistance solutions to private customers in Tunisia. You will join a dynamic call‑center environment, representing a leading outsourcing group that serves major brands across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new individual customers by phone.
- Present and explain cyber‑security and legal protection solutions.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention.
- Educate customers about digital risks and potential cyber‑attacks.
Required profile
- Fluent French with excellent verbal communication.
- Strong commercial mindset and sales drive.
- Previous experience in telephone sales or tele‑marketing.

What we offer
- Fixed monthly salary of 1,500 DT net for a 40‑hour week.
- Uncapped performance bonuses and weekly/monthly challenges.
