Coach entrepreneurial

About the role

The Entrepreneurial Coach provides personalized support to beneficiaries—project owners and early‑stage entrepreneurs—throughout their incubation journey. Working alongside collective training programmes and mentorship, the coach helps strengthen entrepreneurial competencies and advance project development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one coaching sessions tailored to each beneficiary’s needs.
• Guide entrepreneurs through key stages such as ideation, market validation, business‑model design, launch planning, and market entry.
• Assess project maturity, identify priority support areas, and recommend appropriate resources.
• Maintain detailed coaching records and produce regular progress dashboards.
• Collaborate with training and mentorship teams to ensure a cohesive incubation experience.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum Bac+4) in management, entrepreneurship, economic development, social sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting company creators or project owners.
• Field experience with diverse audiences, including youth, women, vulnerable groups, and returning Tunisians.
• Strong knowledge of the local economic and entrepreneurial ecosystem is a significant asset.

Required skills

• Mastery of individual coaching techniques (active listening, questioning, non‑directive approach).
• Deep understanding of the entrepreneurial process and its critical milestones.
• Ability to evaluate project maturity and prioritize support needs.
• Proficiency with coaching documentation and reporting tools (coaching sheets, dashboards).
