CNC Production Supervisor – Aerospace Manufacturing

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead its CNC machining teams in Megrine, Tunisia. The role ensures aerospace components are manufactured safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise multiple CNC machining teams through Team Leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies and aerospace standards such as AS9100.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets across all machining lines while monitoring productivity, quality, delivery, and OEE.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate machining activities based on production schedules and material availability.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments to resolve production issues.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members, enforcing safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, logs, and reports.
• Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial CNC machining environment.
• Proven supervisory or production‑management experience, preferably managing Team Leaders or large teams.
• Strong technical background in CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and industrial production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze production data and make operational decisions.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and stability.
