Clerk Material and Tool Handling

About the role

LEONI is seeking a dedicated Clerk for Material and Tool Handling to ensure the smooth flow of raw materials, semi‑finished parts and finished goods within our production environment. You will support the assembly lines by managing inventory, executing the Kanban system and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Transport and supply materials to designated locations, respecting delivery schedules.
• Execute the Kanban process using cards or scanning, ensuring FIFO stock rotation.
• Follow replenishment cycles for new orders, including return of Kanban cards and boxes.
• Remove waste from assembly lines at shift end according to procedures.
• Move clean, empty containers, covers and pallets for harness packing to the lines.
• Assist with inventory stock‑take activities.
• Maintain and charge loader batteries when qualified.
• Supply applicators and seal‑tracks to Cutting & WPA areas and transport them between workstations.
• Perform LTPM maintenance and complete the "Ok to Start" procedure at shift start.

Required profile

• Minimum education: BAC (high school diploma).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Ability to manage change, stay target‑oriented and resilient.
• Self‑organized, capable of conflict management and teamwork.
