Chef de Zone – Responsable Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Zone Manager to lead commercial activities for Carthago Ceramic in the Agareb region of Sfax, Tunisia. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships and ensure the implementation of our commercial strategy within the construction materials market.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the company’s commercial strategy across the assigned zone.
• Prospect new markets and clients, generate and develop product sales.
• Manage client portfolio, including invoicing, collection and after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve product positioning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in International Trade, Sales Techniques or Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or territory‑management role.
• Strong time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking, quick decision‑making and self‑analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with a proven track record in the full sales cycle from planning to closing.
