About the role

We are looking for a Production Workshop Manager to lead our manufacturing floor in Ben Arous, Tunisia. The role involves organizing, planning and supervising all workshop activities to meet production targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, schedule and supervise daily production operations in the workshop.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve quantity, quality and deadline goals.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with work procedures, safety rules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and other departments.
• Identify production issues, propose and implement solutions.
• Maintain equipment availability and proper functioning.

Required profile

• Higher Technician degree in Automation & Industrial IT, Production Management or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar industrial position with team management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational and decision‑making abilities, able to work under pressure.
