About the role

The Collections and Billing Officer will be responsible for managing overdue invoices, recording payments, and maintaining accurate billing records for clients. This position supports the finance department in various accounting projects and prepares financial and legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Recover unpaid invoices and follow up with clients.
• Enter and reconcile payments in the management system.
• Create and update billing files for each client in the GSM system.
• Prepare financial, accounting and legal reports.
• Assist the finance team on diverse accounting projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in collections within a French company.
• Strong command of French (C1 level or higher).
• Organised, rigorous, dynamic and adaptable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid analytical and synthesis skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with collection software.
• Database management capabilities.
