Chargé de maintenance mécanique

About the role

NORD INVEST IMMOBILIERE, part of a group active in agro‑food, agriculture and real estate, is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Officer for its Zaafrana site – a 350‑hectare agro‑industrial farm near Kairouan, Tunisia. Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the reliability and upkeep of all mechanical and hydraulic assets on the site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the entire fleet of vehicles, trucks, tractors and other rolling stock.
• Service and troubleshoot attachments such as grinders, atomizers and related equipment.
• Oversee the hydraulic systems and drip‑irrigation network.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the oil‑mill machinery and related installations.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and report any issues to the director.

Required profile

• Solid hands‑on experience in mechanical and electromechanical maintenance.
• Organised and able to follow preventive‑maintenance procedures.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work within a hierarchical structure.
• Curious and willing to learn new techniques and procedures.
