Chargé de Caisse – Sfax

About the role

The Cashier (Chargé de Caisse) will work at EMTOP’s retail point in Sfax, supporting customers and ensuring accurate cash handling. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the role combines front‑office service with daily cash reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit.
• Process sales transactions and manage all payment methods.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile the cash drawer.
• Coordinate with the finance department for daily cash management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive store promotions and commercial activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to work closely with finance and sales teams.
• Good communication skills in French (and Arabic if possible).
