About the role

PwC is looking for a motivated professional to join its Information Technology Operations team in Tunis. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT services to internal and external clients, supporting the firm’s technology infrastructure at L2‑L4 support levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation of IT systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and infrastructure.
• Provide front‑line technical assistance through multiple channels (phone, email, ticketing system).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and improve service delivery.
