Business Development Internship (B2B SaaS & Partnerships)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development intern to become SIROCCO AI’s first on‑ground commercial representative. Based at The Dot Coworking in Tunis, you will work in a hybrid setting for 2‑3 months, supporting the launch of our AI‑powered B2B SaaS platform for talent assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B prospects in sectors such as pharma, manufacturing, banking, services and HR firms.
• Conduct outreach via phone, LinkedIn and personalized email, and organise product demos (in‑person or remote).
• Maintain the sales pipeline and provide weekly reports to the founder.
• Attend local HR events when possible.
• Target schools, language centres, embassies and visa services for language‑certification preparation partnerships.
• Map and approach institutions, negotiate simple access agreements and document partnership terms.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+3 in Business, Marketing B2B or Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable with phone and face‑to‑face communication.
• Fluent French, native Tunisian Arabic; English a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and curious about AI and HR technology.
• Driver’s licence or vehicle access appreciated for occasional field visits.
