Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will join Tessan Group’s on‑site team in Tunis to drive growth of its technology and testing services. You will be responsible for creating and converting new sales opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and establishing long‑term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and generate new business opportunities across the IT services market.
• Conduct market research, reach out to prospective clients and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage client accounts, keep accurate records in CRM tools and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Support marketing initiatives, attend industry events and contribute to brand awareness and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new business development and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, market analysis and customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present technical services clearly.
• Experience in account management and contract renewal support.
• Relevant experience in IT or software services (DevOps, cloud, testing, Microsoft technologies) is highly beneficial.
• Collaborative, results‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
