Business Developer – Full‑time On‑site (Algiers)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to join our team on‑site in Algiers. In this full‑time position you will drive new revenue streams, nurture client relationships and support the growth of our service portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through calls, meetings and networking.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate terms within company guidelines and assist in closing contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and align them with market needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, delivering regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, cross‑selling and long‑term partnership development.
Required profile
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings and internal collaboration.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management.
- Market research capabilities to track trends and identify new segments.
- Customer‑service mindset with the ability to handle objections and build trust.
- Prior experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; French or Arabic is a plus.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software.
- Ability to work on‑site in Algiers, manage time effectively and meet clear revenue or activity targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
