Business Continuity Manager / Expert

About the role

Join the central Group Business Continuity Management team to lead the full BCM lifecycle across the organisation. You will work closely with multiple departments and business units to ensure resilience and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, implement and monitor business impact analyses, risk assessments, emergency plans and test/exercise performance.
• Provide independent advice and support for projects related to emergency management and response.
• Develop and continuously improve BCM systems, processes and governance structures.
• Report on BCM activities to senior management and regulators.
• Collaborate with IT/ITSCM, ICT Risk Management, Third‑Party Risk Management and Process Management.
• Coordinate crisis‑management activities and deliver training and awareness programmes.
• Drive digitisation and automation of BCM processes, including identification of AI use cases.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analytics.
• Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA, ACPR and MaRisk.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
• High reliability, responsibility and discretion with strong attention to detail.
