About the role

We are looking for a diligent Book Keeper / Payments Specialist to manage our financial transactions and keep our records accurate. You will collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure payments are processed on time and accounts are reconciled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks.
Process payments and invoices.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Prepare financial reports and summaries.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Required profile

Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Problem‑solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

Familiarity with accounting software.
