Bilingual Team Leader – Automotive Operations

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Team Leader to drive the performance of our automotive operations team. The role involves overseeing daily floor activities, training operators, and ensuring that service standards and productivity targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the work floor and assist operators in real‑time.
• Conduct operational briefings and communicate campaign updates.
• Deliver initial training and ongoing updates on products, services and applications.
• Identify and propose improvements to operational processes and create supporting materials.
• Motivate the team to achieve high performance through teamwork and coaching.
• Monitor and verify the knowledge acquisition of individual operators.
• Track quality and productivity metrics for the assigned team.
• Report on compliance with contractual SLAs and service KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude with solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proven capability to manage and motivate staff in a team environment.
• Able to prioritize workloads across multiple tasks.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
