Bilingual German/English Customer Service – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English customer service representative to join our TalentPop App team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to provide exceptional support to a diverse customer base from the comfort of your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries in German and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
