About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non-voice position you will handle customer inquiries through chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
