About the role

Join our team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative, providing top‑tier support to German‑ and English‑speaking customers. Working entirely from your home office, you will handle inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries while representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.

Required profile

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
