Behavioral Health Coach (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Behavioral Health Coach, delivering 30‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. This freelance remote position offers flexible business hours and can complement an existing job or private practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth mental health coaching focused on sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.
• Assist clients in setting personal, career, or relationship goals.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification with at least 200 coaching hours, or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling with at least 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
