Audiovisual and Graphic Design Assistant

About the role

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Tunisia seeks a motivated Audiovisual and Graphic Design Assistant to support its communication strategy. Working under the UN Youth Volunteer programme, you will transform complex data and strategic messages into engaging visual and audiovisual content that raises public awareness on population dynamics, human rights, and development.

Key responsibilities

• Support production of audiovisual material, including photography, videography, interviews, and event coverage.
• Plan, organize, edit, and produce video assets for campaigns, digital platforms, and institutional communications.
• Create visual communication products such as posters, brochures, presentations, banners, infographics, and social‑media graphics.
• Develop graphic and multimedia materials that present data and key messages in accessible formats.
• Ensure all outputs follow UNFPA branding and communication guidelines.
• Organize, classify, archive, and maintain multimedia libraries and equipment inventories.
• Contribute to media coverage, content dissemination, and visibility of UNFPA programmes and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, Multimedia Arts or a related field.
• Up to one year of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production or audiovisual communication.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Portfolio or video showreel demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong video‑editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects is an asset.
