About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the management team at our Sidi Hassine office. The position blends administrative duties with basic accounting tasks and stock management, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update client and supplier files.
- Monitor and manage the company’s inventory stock levels.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports detailing completed tasks.
- Assist with accounting activities, applying your formal accounting training.
Required profile
- At least two years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Formal education or training in accounting.
- Ability to work well in a team, demonstrating responsibility, dynamism and punctuality.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
