About the role

The Assistant Manager will help drive key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in‑store experience. This role involves building and training a high‑performing team while integrating business trends and customer feedback into daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with associates, peers, and supervisors to foster a high‑performing team.
• Analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions that drive results.
• Directly supervise store operations, ensuring adherence to high quality standards.
• Continuously assess performance and provide ongoing feedback to team members at all levels.
• Incorporate customer feedback and market trends into employee training programs.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• Monitor and enforce store standards to maintain a high‑quality shopping environment.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail or equivalent management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
