Alliances Manager

About the role

The Alliances Manager will lead the development and management of strategic partnerships that enhance Tessan Group’s service portfolio across DevTestOps, testing, and talent solutions. Based in Tunis, this full‑time position works on‑site, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with Tessan’s business strategy.
• Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements.
• Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with key partners.
• Coordinate joint initiatives and ensure successful execution.
• Prepare business plans, proposals, and performance reports for leadership.
• Represent Tessan Group at partner meetings, events, and industry forums.
• Continuously improve partnership processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing strategic alliances in technology or software services.
• Strong business planning and market growth expertise.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT or related field; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
