AI Product Builder - Client Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Builder to own the rollout and ongoing operation of a major sports client’s product, including AI‑enabled services. You will configure, automate, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the solution after launch.

Key responsibilities

• Take client products and integrations from brief to live, handling configuration, onboarding, testing and rollout, then own them post‑launch.
• Build and run AI‑powered automations, tools and workflows that accelerate delivery and enhance the product.
• Ensure AI services remain reliable after launch by monitoring inputs/outputs, checking results and catching issues early.
• Reproduce issues by inspecting configuration, data and expected behaviour, then hand clear problem statements to engineering.
• Prioritise fixes in your product area and collaborate directly with engineers to ship improvements.
• Maintain transparent communication with the client about progress, constraints and learnings.
• Mentor one or two junior teammates and create tools/automation that simplify future cycles.

Required profile

• Built a real‑world AI automation, agentic pipeline step or tool (not just a chatbot).
• Delivered a client‑facing product or integration from brief to live and kept it running after launch.
• Started in a technical role (support, integrations, QA, development) and progressed to owning client or product outcomes.
• Comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, configuration and data without being a full‑stack engineer.
• Thrived in environments without established processes – startups, scale‑ups, fast‑moving agencies or self‑started projects.
• Makes sound decisions with incomplete information and takes initiative.
• Communicates clearly and directly with both clients and technical teams.

Required skills

• APIs
• SDKs
• AI automation

What we offer

• Up to EUR 35,000 per year on a full‑time contractor basis.
• Fully remote work from anywhere in Tunisia.
• Modern tech stack, great tooling and an AI‑first engineering culture.
