AI Developer – CRM & Automation

About the role

Aouj, a forward‑thinking real‑estate company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an AI Developer to enhance its fully automated CRM and AI chatbot that drive property‑management workflows. You will work on production‑grade AI systems that directly impact lead qualification, property matching and automated publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve the AI‑powered CRM that automates end‑to‑end real‑estate workflows.
• Enhance the AI chatbot handling client conversations, property matching and CRM data submission.
• Build and maintain automation flows for property listing review and auto‑publishing.
• Design and run QA processes to test AI pipelines, data integrity and automation reliability.
• Identify system gaps and propose intelligent solutions to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the core team to deliver reliable, production‑ready features.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in tech with a strong background in AI/ML development or intelligent automation.
• Solid understanding of large language models, prompt engineering and AI‑driven workflows.
• Experience integrating AI with CRM systems, databases or SaaS platforms via APIs.
• Comfortable working across the full stack from backend logic to automation pipelines.
• Excellent written English communication and ability to work independently in a remote, async‑first environment.
