After-sales Engineer (Color Sorter)

About the role

We are looking for an After‑sales Engineer specialized in color sorter equipment to provide on‑site installation, commissioning and support to our customers in Tunisia. The role involves ensuring equipment operates reliably, delivering training and maintaining service documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation and commissioning of color sorter equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise failures.
• Diagnose faults, identify root causes and execute repairs to restore operation.
• Maintain detailed repair logs and generate after‑sales service reports.
• Provide on‑site training and hands‑on demonstrations of equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain tools and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Carry out any additional after‑sales tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Tunisian national, aged 25–35, with at least a Bac+2 (associate degree) or university degree.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous, customer‑service oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout Tunisia.
• Basic English proficiency; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tunisia and proactive attitude.
