Acquisition & Counseling Paid Internship (End-of-Study)

About the role

StudentGator is looking for a motivated intern to join its Tunis office and support prospective students throughout the entire admissions journey for French universities. This full‑time, on‑site internship will give you hands‑on experience in student acquisition, counseling, and recruitment funnel optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via email and chat, providing clear information about study options in France.
• Conduct initial eligibility assessments and guide applicants through each step of the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and applicants in internal CRM and tracking systems.
• Assist with acquisition activities such as lead follow‑up, outreach campaigns, and funnel optimisation.
• Collaborate with local and international team members to ensure a smooth, supportive experience for every student.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to assess student profiles and track performance metrics.
• Interest or experience in student recruitment and acquisition processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Basic program‑management abilities to coordinate cases and manage timelines.
• Ability to conduct market research on education trends and partner institutions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with empathy and active listening.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of studies in business, education, counseling, international relations, or a related field.
