100% Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German & English)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual customer service professional to join our fully remote team. You will be the voice and written support that German‑ and English‑speaking customers rely on for fast, effective assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver quick, accurate resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Offer feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
