Téléprospecteur en produit bancaire

About the role

Outsourcia is looking for a French‑speaking Teleprospector to promote banking products from its Tunis office. You will work remotely with customers via phone, email or chat, aiming to secure credit‑grouping solutions and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client interactions through phone, email, chat or other digital channels.
• Negotiate the best credit‑grouping conditions for customers.
• Achieve defined sales objectives and monthly challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client information.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken) at C1 level or higher.
• Academic background in finance, economics, law, political science, banking, insurance, real estate, accounting or management.
• Proven experience in a similar outbound‑calling role.
• Strong negotiation abilities and good listening skills.
• Motivated, dynamic and able to work in a team environment.
