About the role

SMH Active Business is looking for experienced B2B teleprospectors to work remotely on a permanent contract. You will generate qualified leads for our services, engage prospects over the phone, and help grow our client base.

Key responsibilities

Identify and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls.
Present company services convincingly and handle objections.
Achieve daily and weekly prospecting targets while working autonomously.
Maintain accurate records of contacts and outcomes in the provided system.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in a call‑center environment, preferably 4 years.
Proven track record in outbound prospecting or B2B appointment setting.
Fluent French with excellent diction and persuasive argumentation skills.
Reliable computer, headset, stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

What we offer

Permanent contract (CDI) with remote work.
Net salary ranging from 900 TND to 2 000 TND plus uncapped bonuses.
Standard work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Weekends off.
