About the role
The company is seeking an Arabic‑speaking telephone advisor to join its call centre in Ariana, Tunisia. This permanent position requires immediate availability and involves providing phone‑based assistance to customers in Arabic.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic, delivering clear and courteous support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the call‑centre team to meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Mandatory experience in a call‑centre environment.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic.
- Serious, dynamic and motivated attitude.
