Technical Support Specialist – English & French Speaker

About the role

Medius is looking for a bilingual Technical Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customers using its cloud‑based spend management solutions. You will help clients resolve issues, ensure smooth operation of the platform, and contribute to the digital transformation of businesses of all sizes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the daily contact for customers, coordinating with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Medius spend management software.
• Participate in bug‑bashing sessions for new releases, documenting findings and validating fixes.
• Create and maintain clear communication with customers in both English and French.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the solution.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, digital environment and eagerness to grow.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Technical support experience with SaaS or cloud‑based applications.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and software bug testing.
