Supply Chain Manager (Tunis)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise the flow of goods, materials and information from suppliers to customers in Tunis. The role focuses on strategic planning, cost optimisation and maintaining high‑quality standards across the entire supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Forecast demand, analyse trends and plan inventory to ensure product availability.
• Optimise procurement, logistics, warehousing and distribution processes.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance through audits and reviews.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety and efficiency.
• Implement inventory control systems and drive continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to guarantee timely delivery while minimising transportation costs.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, logistics partners and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership experience in managing supply chain teams.
• Hands‑on experience in supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics and inventory management.
