Supply Chain Digitalization Manager

About the role

Autoliv is looking for a Supply Chain Digitalization Manager to lead the definition, development, and implementation of global digital solutions within SCM Logistics. You will work closely with Divisional Logistics, IT, and external providers to drive the company’s digitalization roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement global business processes and digital solutions for SCM Logistics.
• Own digital solutions as a product, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment across regions.
• Lead cross‑functional international teams to deliver global digital projects.
• Support management and communication activities related to owned solutions.
• Align regional interests, establish global standards, and overcome resistance to change.
• Document process changes, conduct user trainings, and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree (logistics or IT preferred) and fluent English.
• 5‑10 years of experience in SCM, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong project‑management background, including Scrum methodology.
• Analytical mindset with a high interest in new technologies and digitalization.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work with all organizational levels.
