Summer Internship – Interior Designer

About the role

Decotis, an innovative online interior design startup, is seeking a Summer Intern Interior Designer to support its design team. The role focuses on creating interior concepts for clients in Tunisia and Saudi Arabia, offering hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior design concepts tailored to client lifestyles, especially for the KSA market.
• Produce Design Books that include space planning, moodboards, 3D visualisations, 360° views, and curated shopping lists.
• Research decoration references, furniture, materials, and trends relevant to the Gulf and Middle Eastern markets.
• Monitor creative and commercial trends in interior design, decoration, and furniture.
• Support project workflow from client brief to final delivery, ensuring clear and professional presentations.

Required profile

• Student enrolled in interior architecture, spatial design, interior decoration or a related field.
• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to diverse client styles.
• Interest in Middle Eastern design trends and willingness to learn in a dynamic startup.
• Good written and spoken command of Arabic and/or English.
• Rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
