Summer Internship 2026 – Graphical Test Scenario Development for STM32CubeMX2

About the role

Join STMicroelectronics for a Summer Internship 2026 focused on studying and developing graphical test scenarios for the STM32CubeMX2 software configuration panel. You will work on an AI‑driven automated testing solution that converts Jira Xray test specifications into executable Robot Framework GUI tests.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Xray test specifications retrieved via the REST API.
• Generate structured Robot Framework test files (.robot.yml) using an AI agent.
• Reuse existing templates, keyword libraries and scenario assets.
• Ensure generated tests are maintainable, readable and consistent.
• Reduce repetitive manual work for validation and test‑automation engineers.
• Document the test generation process and results.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in Software Engineering (object‑oriented programming, scripting).
• Experience with embedded software development and knowledge of STM32 microcontroller architecture.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and communicate effectively in English and French.
