Specialist Labour Relations & HR Compliance

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist in Labour Relations & HR Compliance to support its HR and management teams. The role focuses on providing expert legal advice, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, and managing relationships with works councils and trade unions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on labour law topics to HR and management.
• Handle all labour‑law related issues, including collective agreement implementation and restructuring negotiations.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents, works agreements and social plans.
• Represent the company in external labour‑law proceedings.
• Support M&A due‑diligence and audit HR subsystems for compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR compliance data and generate required reports.
• Lead or support global and local HR compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and change‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Collective bargaining knowledge.
• Understanding of disciplinary procedures and employee relations.
• Familiarity with corporate labour law and employee relocation processes.
