Shift Leader Production

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Shift Leader to manage and supervise a production shift unit within its automotive wiring systems division in Tunisia. The role focuses on achieving defined objectives and KPIs while ensuring high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the shift organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and contribute to service delivery enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, plan regular team activities, and allocate resources to cover all production stages.
• Define team members' objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear instructions and monitoring results.
• Identify training and development needs, support professional growth, and apply measures to improve team performance and flexibility.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or a related position.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, and change‑management abilities.
• Target‑ and result‑orientation, motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict‑management, and teamwork skills.
