Shift Leader Production

About the role

LEONI is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to manage the production shift unit in its Tunisian operation. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting defined KPIs, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the shift organization unit, ensuring adherence to objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, plan team activities, and allocate resources to cover all production stages.
• Define team members' objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear instructions and performance monitoring.
• Assess training and development needs, support professional growth, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, and change management.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or a related role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change‑management capability.
• Target‑ and result‑oriented, motivated, resilient, and self‑organized.
• Ability to manage conflicts and work effectively in a team.
