SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a data-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our keyword strategy, optimise website content, and manage Google and Bing advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand and optimise keyword lists to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise on-page elements such as meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitoring cost-per-acquisition and ROI.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report on SEO and PPC performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI-driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup supply for uninterrupted remote work.
