Senior IT & System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT & System Administrator to ensure a secure, reliable and efficient IT environment for ITRS worldwide. You will act as the primary technical interface for employees, supporting both on‑premises and cloud systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuity of the IT infrastructure across the ITRS Group, including data‑centre and cloud platforms.
• Provide Level‑1 to Level‑3 support for end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Coordinate hardware, peripheral, software and cloud provisioning with team leads.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Customer Success teams on server role designation, preventive maintenance and incident resolution.
• Protect and manage cybersecurity assets, including firewalls, access codes and identity management systems.
• Ensure a positive user experience by delivering reliable tools and timely support.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT administration or system support.
• Proven ability to work across global offices and handle both on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
