About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies for telecommunications solutions, focusing on public safety and B2G markets. This role requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and the ability to build lasting relationships with key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed sales plans and achieve targets aligned with company objectives.
- Gather market intelligence, analyze product demand, and monitor competitor activity to shape sales strategies.
- Expand the sales network and establish long‑term partnerships with key accounts in the assigned region or country.
- Identify project opportunities in the public safety sector and create implementation plans based on market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize roadshows, product promotions, trade fairs, and other business‑driven events.
- Manage accounts according to sales contracts, improve repayment rates, and minimize doubtful accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with two‑way radio or related products.
- Proven track record in project sales and established B2G customer connections.
- Strong communication skills; English must be used as the working language.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business.
