About the role
Clarke Energy Tunisia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive the commercial growth of its energy‑resilient solutions. The role focuses on promoting, selling and supporting power generation plants that use Jenbacher gas engines, cogeneration and biogas technologies across Tunisia and the wider African market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power generation sector.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for gas‑engine, cogeneration and biogas projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
- Coordinate with engineering, project and service teams to ensure successful installation and commissioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Engineering background or proven experience in technical sales within the energy sector.
- Familiarity with gas‑engine, cogeneration and biogas power solutions.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Jenbacher gas engines.
- Understanding of cogeneration systems.
- Experience with biogas power generation.
- Familiarity with power conversion, UPS systems, EV components and microgrid controls.
