About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for SGH Medical Pharma in Mégrine. You will focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects to support the sales team and expand the company’s presence in the medical devices and pharma sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Active prospecting: identify and qualify high‑potential prospects using internal data, internet research, LinkedIn, trade shows, and other sources.
  • Rank and prioritize targets based on conversion potential and maintain regular follow‑up through the CRM system.
  • Map decision‑makers and stakeholders within target accounts and conduct initial outreach via email and phone.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects until they are fully qualified.
  • Coordinate introductory meetings between qualified prospects and Business Developers or sales representatives.
  • Continuously update prospect data in the CRM with accuracy and collaborate with strategy and marketing teams on qualification criteria.
  • Share market insights gathered from prospect interactions to inform targeted marketing content and align activities with campaigns.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, internet research tools, and email outreach.

What we offer

  • Location: Mégrine, Tunisia.
  • Full‑time position, 40 hours per week, daytime schedule.
  • Permanent contract (CDI).
