About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You will play a key part in driving top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, initiating contact, and qualifying leads for senior sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify decision‑makers across international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify prospects using defined methodologies to assess needs, budget, and buying readiness.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
- Provide continuous market feedback on objections, trends, and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven outbound sales, lead generation, or business development experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
