Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to resolve inquiries, track orders, and provide product information, turning frustration into satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
