Quality Audit Expert – Internal & External Certifications

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Quality Audit Expert to lead internal QM and external audit certifications (QM & SHE) within its production facility in Tunisia. You will ensure compliance with internal standards, safety, environmental regulations and customer‑specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and follow‑up on the internal audit programme for the plant.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to internal standards, safety and environmental regulations.
• Validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits.
• Maintain auditor qualifications and manage re‑qualifications according to LEONI and customer requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local regulations.
• Identify, present and monitor lessons learned and best practices together with the Quality Operations team.
• Develop and deliver training programmes aligned with the global qualification matrix.
• Coach staff on quality tools such as 8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA, MSA.
• Organise quality contests (e.g., QRQC competition, Best Lessons Learned).

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management or auditing.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
