Quality Assurance Specialist (Manual UI Testing)

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to lead manual UI and functional testing for web experiments and front‑end changes. You will work closely with developers, CRO specialists, and designers to ensure every variation meets the highest standards before reaching thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements and design mock‑ups (Figma) to create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Design, execute, and document manual test cases across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Perform UI, UX, responsive, and cross‑browser testing to verify pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Log, prioritize, and track bugs in the project‑management tool, and manage regression cycles.
• Validate that code follows CSS and style guidelines and provide clear test summary reports with release recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers and CRO teams to clarify issues and support smooth releases.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in QA or front‑end testing.
• Strong understanding of QA principles, regression testing, and UI validation.
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for pixel‑perfect UI/UX.
• Clear, logical bug documentation and strong English communication skills.
• Humility, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of issues.
