Project Manager – Integration Services (Mid‑level)

About the role

Questel is seeking a mid‑level Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end client onboarding and IP data migration projects within its Integration Services organization. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and technical leads, ensuring timely, on‑scope delivery across a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of data migration and platform integration projects, from scoping to go‑live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and risk registers for multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate daily with teams in France, Tunisia, India, and the US, aligning priorities and managing dependencies.
• Lead client‑facing status calls and produce structured written updates for stakeholders.
• Facilitate project ceremonies, monitor capacity, and proactively escalate blockers.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Track project health using defined KPIs and report progress to senior management.
• Participate in retrospectives, capacity planning, and sprint forecasting for the integration backlog.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of project management experience in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
• Proven track record delivering data or platform migration projects end‑to‑end.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Detail‑oriented, structured thinking with the ability to manage complexity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tooling).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with API and ETL integration workflows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear client‑facing language.
